  1. Please send us your request.  And please send us the link to the product you wish to purchase and the address where the product should be shipped to.
  2. We will email you a payment link that contains the product price, service fee, and local delivery cost.
  3. Once the payment is completed, we will buy the products. Once all of the products arrive in our warehouse, we will take photos of the products and send the images to you.  Then, we will aggregate all of the products and put them in one box for packaging.
  4. Then, you will receive a payment link for the international shipping fee. There, you can also check the product photos, weight and international shipping costs.
  5. Upon completion of the payment, we will ship your order and update the tracking number.

If the product unexpectedly becomes out of stock, we will inform you of the status. Then, you may cancel the order or change the order to another product.

You can use PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Yes you can if your order’s processing has not been started.  But once the order processing has begun, unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel the order.

The default currency is USD.

The service fee is 10% of the total purchase amount (8% from second purchase), and the minimum purchase amount is USD 10.
